I didn't buy it until I had this, but I don't regret it. I got it to do pedal tests, and it does. It's like a digital pedal trainer. It's limited to a free version. You have to pay for the "pro" version. But you still get a software suite and a full workbench. Yamaha has much more to offer. BEWARE OF OTHER COMPANIES CLAIMING THEY ARE YDS, WHEN THEY ARE NOT. . It's full of features and easy to use. When I first got it. I only knew how to make the basic tests. But I kept reading the documentation, and I started using it. Then I tried to make "real" adjustments. And I discovered that it can do much more than I thought.
